Milestones
Yesterday and today are in need of documentation. Yesterday marked my 100th day of using this bone growth stimulator for my cervical spine. Today is week 3 of recovery from my PAO. HUGE milestones all for different reasons. I haven't been feeling my best, but I'm still finding the good in each day.
