I have started noticing improvements in my strength! My hip has been feeling pretty darn good and I’m happy with the range of motion that I have. I had two water therapy sessions and one land therapy session this week and I am still walking haha! I even was able to lean just on my right leg for the first time and noticed that it finally didn’t feel like it was too long to fit under me. According to my PT’s, that means the attached muscles are getting stronger so they can pull my hip into the right place under me. I have been waiting for this day since surgery lol! It feels weird but in a good way, it’s really hard to explain.
