I have slept more then I have been awake these past three days. I have never experienced anything like this. I am sleeping solidly during the night, then wake up early and am awake for about an hour then fall back asleep. I haven’t had appointments to drag me out of bed, so I have slept till noon or later. Then I move to the couch and fall back asleep for a couple more hours. I got out of the house for a couple PT sessions late afternoon and then would have dinner and go back to bed! I’ve never had this happen before. I haven’t had caffeine for awhile because I wanted to take that out of the equation for my fatigue and the tremors I’ve been experiencing. I am also looking into tweaking my diet to see if that will help anything. I think I might be in a caloric deficit and not eating enough protein. More on this tomorrow.
