One of my fellow San Diego “hippies” was admitted to the hospital for a collapsed lung. So another “hippie” and I went to visit her and support her in her newest medical challenges. We have a one month difference in our recoveries and both use mobileg crutches, so needless to say people visiting the room were quite confused about who was who. Then when they found out we all three had the same surgery with the same surgeons, their minds were blown! We are all connected more than you think because going through surgeries and experiences like this just bond you together. No one really understands this process like another fellow PAO warrior. It was a nice meet up and we all hope the next one is back in a brewery rather than a hospital!
